Psychiatry café: Sound and Breath journey...

Dear, dear and honored people,Would you like to start this spring with a relaxing psychiatry café session to recharge? And would you like to experience a special journey with breath and sound? Then come to the Sound & Breath journey!

What are we going to do in this psychiatry café?

After a short round of sharing with the talking stick, and meditation, you may fully relax in a bath of sounds. Francis as a breath coach guides you to experience the gentle power of breath. Hille as sound therapist plays her singing bowls, drums, rattles, gong and other beautiful instruments.

There are plenty of mats, eye masks and blankets. But please bring for yourself extra a blanket and/or pillow, warm socks and dress warmly.

If you cannot lie down, sitting on a chair is also possible.
