Amsterdam needs you!
Broaden your horizon, learn to know Amsterdam and meet it’s beautiful people. Annually as many as 1,200 people ask us for the help of a buddy or a coach. Donate some time, attention and offer a lonesome fellow citizen perspective again.
Some of our clients speak limited or no Dutch. For them it is helpful when there is an English-speaking companion. We love to introduce you to one of these clients. We also welcome native speakers in other languages.
Do you have 4 hours to spare on a weakly base? Do you empathize with those in need? Do you care for Amsterdam and its inhabitants? Are you openminded to all kinds of people?

Note that all our volunteers are trained and coached by professionals. All courses and training is free of charge for our volunteers. We work with the official Volunteer Academy in the Amsterdam citycentre.
What can you do?
We need your help! You can help by investing your time as a volunteer, by working with Amsterdam people with unusual stories. Or become a donor! Your money will be well spent on care for homeless people, aid for (former) addicts and people living in poverty or social isolation. You are always welcome to drop by and see how your money is spent.
Or why not buy one of the products from our online Gift Shop? A present for someone you know, perhaps. It's all contributing towards a better society. And that's great, isn't it?
