The Vonk project has been founded to help food bank clients or people receiving debt relief support. Vonk focuses on support in dealing with clients’ financial problems and support in the organization of their money situation. For instance, clients can receive support in administration, filling in tax papers or other institutional forms. Getting your financial situation back on track will create room for other things in your life. Vonk helps people gain control over their lives and stimulates clients to participate in society. Vonk prevents the exacerbation of financial situations, which could lead to evacuation or the shutting down of your power supplies. Vonk empowers people
Vonk Financial support coach
In Vonk the coaches provide for practical, emotional and social support to people with financial problems. These can be food bank clients or people receiving debt relief support. A Vonk coach is the link between the client and the professional support service. The coaches help to improve the financial situation of the client, while stimulating their self-reliance.
Financial problems come with a lot of stress, with bills and reminders flooding your mail. Should you choose not to let your child go on a school trip or once again borrow some money? Such questions are the daily dilemmas that people with big financial problems have to deal with. Usually financial problems are caused by a combination of factors: mistakes in the past, misfortune, a divorce or getting fired. Everything goes from bad to worse in a domino effect. It paralyzes and makes it impossible to take matters into your own hand or to get things back on track.
Vonk is made possible by the donations of the Delta Lloyd Foundation, het Oranjefonds and VSBfonds.
