De Derde Schinkel has six work-study companies where various work is offered: hospitality, administrative, craft, graphic and service. Through a small-scale approach and personal attention, De Derde Schinkel offers a safe environment from which the step to a follow-up pathway can be made.

A course at De Derde Schinkel is therefore mainly meant as a stepping stone or preliminary course. The emphasis is on mostly practical work under supervision. The qualities and interests of clients and the possibilities on the labor market are taken into account as much as possible.
