Sewing workshop ZigZag

At ZigZag you will find people who enjoy working with textiles. Do you want to make something yourself and develop yourself? Then you are very welcome at sewing studio ZigZag.

ZigZag is one of De Regenboog Groep's many workplaces where you can gain work experience. You'll find the studio in Amsterdam-Zuid on Derde Schinkelstraat. The atmosphere in the sewing studio is determined by the humming of the sewing machines that is muffled by the racks of fabrics and the walls that are lined with your own work.

Own goals

As a participant, you work there on your own goals, such as gaining work rhythm, interacting with colleagues, taking on assignments or learning skills. What unites us is the will to do so with fabrics, knitting wool, thread, embroidery or sewing stitches. It doesn't matter if you are just starting out with that or if you can look back on years of crafting experience. ZigZag also has its own signature. We work a lot with old jeans, from which we make new products. We are happy to show them to you when you visit our studio.
