Description of the project
.The bicycle workshop at Streetwise Cycling is a lively and dynamic place where five to eight participants work daily to maintain, repair and refurbish bicycles. The workshop specializes in racing and sports bikes-a field in which there is a severe shortage of technicians in the Netherlands. Participants here have the opportunity to learn at their own pace and gain work experience as an entry-level bicycle mechanic. In addition to the technical work, the workshop is also the starting point for the Streetwise Cycle Race Team, which takes a ride together every Tuesday and Friday.
