Description of the project
.The Active Computer Center (ACC) Amsterdam is an accessible place where everyone can participate in the digital society. Enthusiastic volunteers give courses and workshops in our locations in Amsterdam-Noord and Amsterdam-West. Many of our volunteers have a mental health background and are guided and trained to teach with confidence and professionalism. For some this volunteer work is a stepping stone to paid work, for others a way to get out the door more often or discover talents. At the ACC, everyone is welcome: if you're motivated and enjoy what you do, you'll be fine.
Vacancies
At the ACC, you can work in a variety of roles:
Private Lecturer - providing one-on-one support to students.
Teacher of group classes - small-group computer courses and digital skills training.
Walk-in assistant - welcoming visitors, answering questions and providing light support.
Administrative assistant - assist with planning, registration and organizational work.
Opportunities for growth
.At the ACC, you will have room to develop your talents. You can progress to include:
Teacher (group classes or advanced training)
Train-the-trainer - mentor and train new volunteers.

Remuneration: ā¬7 per half day (4 hours)
