Description of the project
.Rederij Kees is a logistics company where Amsterdam residents can gain work experience in a professional environment. The large warehouse stores products from Stach and Vermaat, among others. Together we ensure that these goods are prepared and delivered to stores in the city. Transport is done with sustainable electric vehicles, such as Goupil Electrocars and electric cargo bikes. It is important that you are physically fit, because you will regularly lift and move products.
Vacancies / Work Experience Placements
.At Rederij Kees you can work as:
Warehouseman/order picker - collecting and preparing orders.
Driver (with driver's license) - delivering with electric vehicles.
Co-driver - assist with loading, unloading and delivery.
Bike courier - deliver by electric cargo bike.
Growth opportunities
There are several opportunities for advancement within logistics, such as:
Training or certification for lift truck
Education or certification for reach truck
>Driving lessons, e.g. through Fund Everyday Heroes (with intention of at least 6 months of employment)
Truck driver track (through the municipality)
Track logistician (through the municipality)
Sailing license as an additional future step

Remuneration: ā¬7 per half day (4 hours)
