Description of the project
.Villa Buitenlust is a social enterprise on the edge of Westerpark, founded in 2018 and tucked away in the greenery, ten minutes from the ring road. It is a place for Amsterdam residents who want to regain control of their lives. We offer respite and lodging care for people who temporarily need a time-out, as well as work experience spots for those who want to get back to work. We also rent out the villa, meeting rooms and rooms; the proceeds are reinvested in the programming and further development of the villa. Villa Buitenlust is a quiet, attractive environment where working, recovering and meeting come together.

You can work at Villa Buitenlust in a variety of roles (or combinations thereof):
Hostess
Welcoming guests, providing coffee and tea, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.Facility worker
Cleaning rooms, ironing, making beds, preparing group rooms for use.Garden worker
Maintaining the garden and outdoor space, keeping the villa a nice green environment.
Growing opportunities
.From Villa Buitenlust, there are several development paths available, such as:
District learning company - learning and working in care
.NEN 3140 VP or VOP - basic electrical engineering and safety
Care Academy - training and work experience in care
Training through the Volunteer Academy
