Do you have experience with boxing, kickboxing, or another form of martial arts, and do you enjoy getting others excited about this sport? Then sign up to volunteer!

These athletic training sessions are a great way for our residents to stay active, have fun, and recharge their energy. They’ve really enjoyed them in the past and would love to continue.
The photo shows Iryna, who would love to start training again. Will you help make this possible?

What are you going to do?

You will lead weekly boxing, kickboxing, or martial arts classes for adults staying at our shelter for people from Ukraine in Weesp. You will also focus on conditioning, fitness, and the joy of exercise.

You can design the training sessions yourself, based on your experience and the participants’ preferences. Fun, respect, and a safe atmosphere are our top priorities.

You don’t need to be a professional trainer. The most important thing is that you have experience with a martial art and can enthusiastically share it with others.
