The activities of The Regenboog are organized into four sections: youth contacts, parent and family contacts, rehabilitation (rehab and reintegration into society), and social and political questions. The ever-growing constituency is kept informed of all plans and activities with occasional mailings. In 1977, The Regenboog replaced these with the quarterly newsletter Meeleven, which still exists. Churches provide support in the form of money, volunteers and locations.
