Homeservice
Practical services for and by people with mental illness. Homeservice volunteers know from their own experience what adversity means. They are happy to offer a helping hand; with their help, living can be a lot more pleasant.
Daily chores and services
The service providers at Homeservice do different types of jobs:
- painting and wallpapering .
- small jobs around the house (e.g., hanging lamp, changing lock)
- garden chores
- little moving chores
- cleaning up chores
Homeservice coordinators see to it that the chores are done in a pleasant and attentive manner. Homeservice customers pay a minimum of €5.00 per hour. All the exact rules can be downloaded below.
Getting started as a handyman
Do you feel like getting started as a handyman. You can do so through a work experience program, but also as a volunteer. If you are looking for a work experience placement please use our application form.
