About De Regenboog Groep
.
Do you want to contribute to an inclusive city where everyone counts? Do you have a heart for people in vulnerable positions? And would you like to give substance to this in an internship with a committed organization that thinks in terms of what is possible? Then we would like to meet you.
De Regenboog Groep supports people in vulnerable situations in Amsterdam in (re)finding stability, meaning and perspective. We do this with guidance, projects and programs aimed at strengthening self-reliance and participation in society.
About the internship
While studying, do you want to not just watch, but really participate? In this collaborative internship, you'll fully participate in the HR team. You will provide support in HR activities, help think about personnel issues and help improve processes and policies. In the coming period we will focus, among other things, on digitizing HR processes, strengthening inclusive employment and increasing the visibility of HR within the organization.
No two days are the same: sometimes you work on an employment contract or absence issue, other times you think about policy or improvements within HR. You get the space to learn, ask questions and contribute your ideas.
