About Us
De Regenboog Groep strengthens Amsterdammers in a vulnerable position. We do this together with them and with hundreds of volunteers. Our projects and programs revolve around meeting, activation, recovery and self-direction.
What are you going to do?
As an HR Intern, you will work in the HR department. In the coming period we will focus with the team, among other things, on optimizing/digitizing processes, inclusive employment and the visibility of HR.
You will be working in a friendly environment and will collaborate on:
- perform administrative HR and payroll processes, both in/through and out.
- preparing advice and counseling for employees and managers.
- drawing up or adjusting HR policies.
