About De Regenboog Groep
Would you like to contribute to an inclusive city where everyone counts? Do you care deeply about people in vulnerable situations? And would you like to put this into practice through an internship at a dedicated organization that focuses on what is possible? If so, we’d love to meet you.
De Regenboog Groep supports people in vulnerable situations in Amsterdam as they (re)discover stability, purpose, and a sense of hope. We do this through guidance, projects, and programs aimed at strengthening self-reliance and participation in society.
About the internship
Do you want to do more than just observe during your studies—do you want to really get involved? In this hands-on internship, you’ll be a full member of the HR team. You’ll assist with HR tasks, contribute ideas on personnel issues, and help improve processes and policies. In the coming period, we’ll be focusing on, among other things, digitizing HR processes, strengthening inclusive employment practices, and increasing the visibility of HR within the organization.
No two days are the same: one day you might be working on an employment contract or an absenteeism issue, and the next you might be contributing ideas on policy or improvements within HR. You’ll have the freedom to learn, ask questions, and share your ideas.
What will you be doing?
· Carrying out administrative HR processes, such as processing personnel changes, drafting documents, and maintaining personnel records.
· Providing support on HR issues by gathering and analyzing information
· Contribute to advising on topics such as absenteeism, contracts, and employee development
· Draft and revise HR policies and translate them into clear documents
· Identifying areas for improvement and helping to develop solutions, for example through templates or guidelines
· Coordinating with colleagues within HR and other departments
What do you bring to the table?

· You enjoy processing information in a structured way and documenting it clearly
· You enjoy analyzing questions or case studies and contributing ideas for solutions
· You handle confidential information with care
· You enjoy sharing ideas from your studies and are open to feedback and professional development
· An affinity with the target audience and social issues is a plus
What do we offer?

· A meaningful internship within a socially engaged organization
· A dynamic work environment with room for initiative and your own ideas
· Guidance and opportunities to learn and further develop yourself
