De Regenboog Groep empowers Amsterdam residents in vulnerable situations. We do this together with them and with hundreds of volunteers. Our projects and programs focus on connection, empowerment, recovery, and self-direction.
The Management Assistant supports the director and several managers in the day-to-day organization of their work. The Management Assistant ensures clarity, structure, and continuity. The role not only supports the execution of tasks but also ensures that assignments, appointments, and actions are prepared, organized, followed up on, and completed.
You won’t always be given a clearly defined assignment. Often, you’ll be faced with an issue where you first need to clarify what the problem is, who needs to be involved, and what actions are required.
The Management Assistant brings structure to the process, connects the right people, and ensures that tasks move forward and are completed.
What will you be doing?
As a Management Assistant, you will be responsible for the following areas:
Management Support
- Comprehensive calendar and appointment management.
- Organizing, preparing for, and taking minutes at meetings.
- Drafting agendas, collecting, and distributing meeting materials.
- Monitoring action items, deadlines, and schedules.
- Organizing meetings and events.
Organizing and Coordinating
- Bringing structure to tasks and work processes.
- Translating individual assignments into concrete actions and priorities.
- Identifying bottlenecks and monitoring progress.
Quality support
- Supporting quality processes.
- Maintaining protocols and work instructions.
- Providing organizational support for ISO and certification processes.
- Managing quality documents.
- Supporting audits.
Administrative Support
- Processing, managing, and archiving documents.
- Recording actions and decisions.
- Monitoring administrative processes.

- A salary ranging from a minimum of €3,180 to a maximum of €4,273 (FWG 45) based on a 36-hour workweek, in accordance with the GGZ collective bargaining agreement.
- In addition to 8.33% vacation pay, you will receive an end-of-year bonus of 8.33% as well.
