De Regenboog Groep | Amsterdam
Would you like to contribute to an inclusive city where everyone counts? Do you care deeply about people in vulnerable situations? And would you like to put that into practice in a job at a dedicated organization that focuses on what is possible? Then we’d love to meet you.
About De Regenboog Groep
De Regenboog Groep empowers Amsterdammers in vulnerable situations. We do this together with them and with hundreds of volunteers. Our projects and programs revolve around connection, empowerment, recovery, and self-direction.
The Operations Department ensures the necessary conditions are in place to carry out De Regenboog Groep’s work effectively. Among other things, we manage facilities, IT, HR, and the quality of the PDCA cycle. Our services are subject to quality and safety requirements, and we are committed to continuous development and improvement.
For our department, we are looking for an Operations Project Manager to work 16 to 24 hours per week to help implement a number of key improvements. This is a temporary position for one year.
You will lead a number of (sub)projects in the areas of IT and quality certifications. The largest of these involves setting up our new work environment in Microsoft SharePoint and Teams. This entails developing a standard configuration for sites, groups, folders, libraries, and channels. You will be involved in every stage of the process, from design and proposal through decision-making to implementation, testing, and monitoring.
Other projects involve developing policies in the areas of IT and information security.
It is a complex set of subprojects that, in collaboration with other employees—such as the HR and Facilities Managers, the Privacy Officer, external vendors, and the Operations Manager—will ultimately lead to obtaining NEN 7510 certification.
What will you be doing?
This role involves the following responsibilities:
- Leading the working group and reporting to the “SharePoint Implementation” steering committee
- Maintaining contact with the external party or parties that will oversee and implement the setup.
- Writing a project plan and creating a timeline.
- Gathering information and identifying questions and tasks within the organization.
- Coordinating the various subprojects and project groups.
- Developing and documenting procedures.
- Preparing the decision-making process
- Implementing the agreed-upon policies and working procedures.
- Supervising the migration of departments to the new work environment.
- Serving as the central point of contact for developments related to the use and development of the new Microsoft work environment.
- Providing guidance in the run-up to quality audits and overseeing their execution.
What do you bring to the table?
- You enjoy bringing structure to complex matters.
- You are approachable and adapt easily.
- Preferably, you have some experience in setting up IT systems, information security, and/or certifications.
- You are able to write a solid project plan and implement it.
- You communicate in a way that builds support within the organization and the workgroup, while also being clear and thorough with the client and external vendors.
We offer you:
- A meaningful role in a caring and committed organization.
- A dynamic work environment that encourages resourcefulness and initiative. Within a clear framework, you’ll have considerable freedom to shape the role according to your own judgment.
- A pleasant workplace in the Operations department. There are opportunities to learn.
- The Operations Manager is your direct supervisor.
- A gross salary of at least €4,000 and at most €5,294 (FWG 55) based on a 36-hour workweek, with employment conditions in accordance with the GGZ Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- A one-year contract.
- Travel expenses and opportunities for professional development.
- The opportunity to help build a future-proof Operations department.
