For our communications team we are looking for an all-round communications employee who can quickly switch between strategy and execution. Someone who can just as easily think up a campaign as write a news item or advise colleagues on a project. A go-getter with a feeling for people and social developments.
We are looking for someone for 28 hours a week, who can start as soon as possible. Can you work fewer hours, but are you excited about this? Don't hesitate to respond.

What are you going to do?
No two days are ever the same at De Regenboog Groep. Your duties include:
- communication advice to colleagues and project teams;
- independently picking up communication projects;
- responding to internal and external requests;
- manage the communications inbox and other executive duties;
- create and post content for website and social media;
- responding to social developments and current events;
- think about how to achieve organizational goals smartly and effectively;
Our department covers the entire spectrum of communications: from processing volunteer applications to determining the strategic positioning of De Regenboog Groep. It is precisely this variety that makes the work interesting.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a colleague who works independently, takes initiative and quickly feels at home in a new environment. You can prioritize well, keep an overview when things get busy and know when to follow through.

In addition:
- You have experience and/or education in communications;
- You have at least
- You have at least a higher professional education level;
- You are creative and proactive;
- You write easily, flawlessly and clearly;
- You work carefully;
- You can switch quickly between different tasks;
- You are stress resistant;
- You are open-minded and socially sensitive;
- experience with social media is an advantage;

What do we offer?
- You will be working in a committed organization where people work every day for people in vulnerable situations in Amsterdam.
- You will work with enthusiastic colleagues who help each other, keep each other sharp and occasionally go out for a drink together.
- A gross salary of minimum €3,560 and maximum €4,716 (FWG 50 ) based on 36 hours .
- Conditions of employment in accordance with the GGZ collective agreement
- In addition to 8.33% vacation pay, a year-end bonus of 8.33%
- Travel allowance and development opportunities
- A contract until February 1, 2027 with the possibility of extension
