About De Regenboog Groep
De Regenboog Groep supports people in vulnerable situations in Amsterdam in (re)finding stability, meaning and perspective. With training and group activities, we help participants to increase their self-reliance, build social contacts and take steps towards participation.
About the position
In this versatile duo position, you will combine the coordination of training sessions (On Eigen Kracht and Working On Your Future, approximately 16 hours) with the coordination of group activities (approximately 12-16 hours). You ensure that participants can develop themselves and participate in the city.
You are an organizer, connector and trainer.
About the programs
On Your Own Power focuses on increasing self-reliance, handling money and reducing stress.
Working On Your Future helps participants take steps toward day activities, volunteer work, education or work.
Group activities provide meeting, fun and strengthening social networks.
What are you going to do?
Coordination On Your Own
.- Coordinate and plan the training courses Own Up and Work On Your Future
- Supervise trainers and volunteers
- Recruiting and selecting participants
- Maintaining contacts with cooperation partners and referrers
- Monitoring and developing content and quality .
- Monitoring, evaluating and reporting
- Provide occasional training .
Coordinate Group Activities
- Organizing and coordinating group activities throughout Amsterdam .
- Pairing volunteers to participants .
- Stimulating participation and social encounters
- Collaborate with partners in the city
- Providing a variety of offerings, such as neighborhood restaurants, museum visits and sports activities
- Signaling needs and responding to them
Who are you?
- You have an affinity for people in a vulnerable position
- You have experience in coordinating projects or activities
- You are organizationally strong and keep an overview
- You are social, connecting and know how to motivate people
- You work independently and switch easily between different tasks
- You preferably have experience with group supervision or training
What do we offer?
- A varied and social function with direct impact
- An employment contract of 28-32 hours per week
- A gross salary of minimum €3,456 and maximum €4,579 (FWG 50) based on 36 hours
- Conditions of employment in accordance with the GGZ collective agreement
- In addition to 8.33% vacation pay, a year-end bonus of 8.33%
- Travel allowance and development opportunities .
