De Regenboog Groep, together with HVO-Querido, has started a temporary housing facility for economically homeless people: De Buitenhof, in Buitenveldert. At the Buitenhof, De Regenboog guides 87 people to a sustainable place to live, in or outside Amsterdam. For this location, we are looking for a day coordinator with a big heart, who will manage the daily operations at the Buitenhof.
As dayco Buitenhof you and your colleagues will take care of a pleasant and safe temporary living place for the residents. Working closely with the social workers, you will help residents in their search for sustainable housing and stabilizing other areas of life. Examples include strengthening the network and/or stabilizing debts. There is also room to organize on-site activities.
Your duties will include
.✓ carrying responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, within the framework specified by the site head;
✓ identifying residents' questions and needs and seeking answers and solutions to them, in collaboration with colleagues inside and outside the organization;
✓ in a pleasant way to speak to residents, neighbors and other stakeholders;
✓ performing administrative tasks and providing information transfer;
✓ identify bottlenecks in the facilities area and ensure follow-up.
This position suits you if you
✓ have an MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
✓ communicative strong and not afraid of responsibility and independence
✓ are willing to work weekends, evenings and (occasionally) at different locations as well
✓ speak good Dutch and English. Additional language skills are extra nice!
✓ are handy and practical

✓ a salary of at least €2,589 and a maximum of €3,803 per month based on 36 hours per week (FWG 40, CAO GGZ)
