In this position you will support people who cannot manage independently and need guidance in getting their affairs in order. Your duties will include the
- Guiding and coaching clients and supporting them in practical matters .
- Directing the care of your clients and coordinating with network partners
- Providing reporting in digital files
- Building and maintaining a network so that you are able to properly organize care for your clients
This job suits you if you
- Have a college level of work
- Experience with social work and/or the people we help
- Mastery of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing (an additional language is a plus)
- Be versatile and empathetic in your social contact
- Daring to dance outside the lines
