Vacancy: Psychologist / mental coach for Ukrainian Refugees [Ukrainian speaking].
De Regenboog Groep is committed to helping vulnerable people both inside and outside the Netherlands. Since 2022, a new group has been added: Ukrainian refugees.
We help these people, in the midst of a sudden and often traumatic change in their lives, to regain stability. Our approach is personal and people-oriented. The question behind the (help) question is important, and we do our best to also reach people who do not dare or cannot ask for help themselves. We go the extra mile to really make a difference and do whatever it takes to help someone move on.
.For our various reception locations for Ukrainian refugees, we are looking for a Ukrainian-speaking psychologist who can hold low-threshold consultation hours at our locations for our residents. You will be supported by the team and the organization and be part of the social work department.
Your duties will include
.- building a trusting relationship with clients
- offering a listening ear and taking time for people's stories
- support, inform and refer to appropriate agencies
- setting goals and working systematically (in person, with the client and as part of a team)
- reporting in the digital client file
- report to the Program Assistance Coordinator
- build and maintain a network for assisting our clients, both inside and outside the organization, at home and abroad

- can work independently as well as in a team
- be flexible in time and location .
What we offer
- Lots of freedom to fill the position as you see fit
- A gross salary of minimum €2,950 and maximum €4,579 (FWG 50) based on 36 hours and working conditions according to the GGZ CAO
- In addition to 8.33% vacation pay, a year-end bonus of 8.33% .
