We help these people, in the midst of a sudden and often traumatic change in their lives, to regain stability. Our approach is personal and people-oriented. The question behind the (help) question is important, and we do our best to also reach people who do not dare or cannot ask for help themselves. We go the extra mile to really make a difference and do whatever it takes to help someone move on.

.

For our various reception locations for Ukrainian refugees, we are looking for a Ukrainian-speaking psychologist who can hold low-threshold consultation hours at our locations for our residents. You will be supported by the team and the organization and be part of the social work department.

Your duties will include

  • building a trusting relationship with clients

  • support, inform and refer to appropriate agencies

  • reporting in the digital client file
  • report to the Program Assistance Coordinator
  • build and maintain a network for assisting our clients, both inside and outside the organization, at home and abroad

This job suits you if you

  • have a relevant completed education, or a similar education abroad
  • stress-resistant, resourceful, committed and energetic
  • be versatile, and empathetic in contact
  • dare to think and act outside the box
  • can work independently as well as in a team
  • be flexible in time and location
  • .

What we offer

  • Lots of freedom to fill the position as you see fit
  • A gross salary of minimum €2,950 and maximum €4,579 (FWG 50) based on 36 hours and working conditions according to the GGZ CAO
  • In addition to 8.33% vacation pay, a year-end bonus of 8.33%
  • .
