The housing market has been strained for years. This makes it incredibly difficult to find affordable housing if you lose your home due to circumstances such as divorce or job loss. As a result, people become "economically homeless."
In Haarlem, we assist vulnerable economically homeless people staying in temporary housing. For them we are looking for a social worker for 24 hours a week. You will also fulfill a quartermaster role in Haarlem, actively building collaborations and creating new opportunities, in order to provide sustainable support to this group.
We are looking for an incisive and experienced colleague who loves a challenge. You will be a point of contact for economically homeless people seeking support and help and guide them to appropriate housing. You will delve into personal situations and be committed to making a difference.

This job suits you if you
.ⱱ Possesses a completed college education
.ⱱ Have experience in counseling and have knowledge and affinity for economically homeless people
.ⱱ Are able to translate learning experiences into new working methodologies which you then share with colleagues
ⱱ Know how to translate daily practice into policy and vice versa
ⱱ Mastering the Dutch language both verbally and in writing and preferably speaking Arabic ⱱ Being entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and stress resistant
We offer you

ⱱ A gross salary of minimum €2,950 and maximum €4,579 (FWG 50) based on
36 hours and working conditions according to the GGZ CAO
ⱱ In addition to 8% vacation allowance, a year-end bonus of 8.33%
