About De Regenboog Groep
De Regenboog Groep strengthens Amsterdammers in a vulnerable position. We do this together with them and with hundreds of volunteers. Our projects and programs revolve around meeting, activation, recovery and self-direction.

De Regenboog Groep is committed to serving the homeless, people with addiction and mental health issues, with and without the right papers or status.

In this position you will support people who cannot manage on their own and need guidance in getting their affairs in order. Motivating, inventive, involved and determined are qualities we would like to see in you. You do not shy away from dealing with complex situations and you stand firmly on your feet.
.This service takes place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so these are mandatory working days.

What are you going to do?
- You will supervise and coach clients and support them in practical matters .
- You will run walk-in clinics for clients with collective waiting list assistance (WLB)
- Coordinating with network partners
- Providing reporting in digital files
- Building and maintaining a network so that you are able to properly organize care for your clients
What will you bring?
What we think is important:
- You have an HBO working and thinking level
- You have experience with social work and/or the people we help
- Mastery of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing (an additional language is a plus)
- Be versatile and empathetic in your social contact
- Daring to dance outside the lines
