We have a vacancy at our image and sound studio Digivibes, from the Department of Work & Activation. Work & Activation (W&A) helps people who want to get back to work. We guide people to day activities and (subsidized) paid work. Here we focus on participation, training, internships, work and the development of various (work-related and social) skills.
Our team consists of Amsterdam residents who are strong in image and sound. Due to psychiatric problems, for example, it is difficult for them to find a regular job. We offer them a safe working environment where they can use their creativity to the fullest and there is room to learn and recover.
We work on behalf of companies and institutions, or with grants, and we connect music, audio, video and photography in every production. Because we work as a team, we are able to deliver great work despite personal difficulties.
In your role as work supervisor, you will set learning goals and translate them into hands-on, customized work. Through your experience with image and sound, and feeling for participants' perceptions, you know how to motivate them. You take pleasure in further developing our offer and service.

- Supervise and coach participants in their development
- Support participants and volunteers in their daily work .
- You work closely with your sound studio colleague .
- You work closely with the track coaches who report to you .
- You take care of the project administration .
- Make Digivibes better known .
This job suits you if you
.- Have a completed MBO education
- Experience working in care and with participation, coaching, development and guidance to work
- Are familiar with Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects and Davinci
- Mastery of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing
- Likes challenges and is decisive
