Princehof
28 tot 32 uur per week
€€ 2.589 tot € 3.803 per maand (FWG 40)

The Princehof on the Oudezijds Voorburgwal is one of De Regenboog Groep's 12 walk-in centres and also has a user room. The Princehof, like our other walk-in centres, offers homeless people a break from their often hectic existence. They can drop by for a healthy meal, a shower, clean clothes, social work and help keep the drop-in running. The Princehof also has a night shelter for the LGBTQ+ target group.

For the the Princehof location, De Regenboog Groep is looking for two day coordinators. Start: April 1, 2026.

We believe it is important that The Princehof is a safe and welcoming place where people feel welcome. For the morning, afternoon and evening shifts, we are looking for go-getters who can improvise and are strong on their feet.

As a day coordinator, you offer support in the daily operations. You answer questions, make sure the location stays clean and tidy and that everything runs smoothly. Together with your colleagues, interns, cooperating visitors and volunteers, you'll work to create a good atmosphere and make the walk-in centre a place where people like to come.

De Regenboog Groep wants to contribute to a city where there is a place for everyone. We believe it is important as an organization to be a reflection of society, so that with a team with diverse experiences, perspectives and backgrounds, we can support our target groups in the best possible way. We are aware that we still have work to do in this ourselves. With us, you are given the space to be outspoken, about what you see, what could be better and what you believe in to strengthen our work and alleviate the city.

Don't think you fully fit the profile, but do think you can make a valuable contribution with your expertise? If so, we strongly invite you to respond

.

Your duties will further include

  • Having (intake) conversations with visitors about their situation and what is needed to get their lives back on track;
  • Supervise interns, cooperating visitors and volunteers;
  • Collaborate with your social work colleagues to ensure that appropriate assistance is provided;
  • Registering visitors and performing administrative duties;
  • Monitoring compliance with house and safety rules;
  • Executing housekeeping tasks;
  • Attending to local residents and external contacts.

This job suits you if you

✓ are familiar with addiction and psychiatry;
✓ do not depend on beaten pathways, but love to think for yourself;
✓ are stress-resistant, communicatively strong, resourceful and decisive;
✓ speak at least one other language besides Dutch;
✓ are available from April 1 and are willing to work outside office hours in an irregular schedule;

Experience in healthcare earns bonus points!

We offer you
✓ a nice, challenging workplace in Amsterdam
✓ a lot of freedom to fill the position as you see fit
✓ a gross salary of minimum € 2,589 and maximum € 3,803 (FWG 40) based on 36 hours and employment conditions according to the GGZ CAO
✓ the opportunity to make a difference for our guests.

Do you have that "I'll fix it" mentality we're looking for?

Then apply quickly! Respond until Monday, March 9 at 9:00 a.m., by emailing your motivation and resume to sollicitatie@deregenboog.org, for the attention of Susan Aukema ovvv 'DagCo Princehof'.
