The Princehof on the Oudezijds Voorburgwal is one of De Regenboog Groep's 12 walk-in centres and also has a user room. The Princehof, like our other walk-in centres, offers homeless people a break from their often hectic existence. They can drop by for a healthy meal, a shower, clean clothes, social work and help keep the drop-in running. The Princehof also has a night shelter for the LGBTQ+ target group.
For the location the Princehof De Regenboog Groep is looking for a co-working Location Head for 36 hours (full-time). Start: March 1, 2026.
Your duties will include:
- Leading and coaching staff, volunteers and interns, from the day and evening teams.
- Scheduling of employees
- Self assisting on the floor, an average of two shifts per week
- Creating a climate in which visitors, volunteers, interns and staff feel safe and can develop
- Chairing team meetings
- Commence and maintain contacts with health care organizations, the municipality, police, local residents, neighborhood brokers, LGBTQ+ network, etc.
- Promote co-determination within the location .
- Monitoring compliance with administrative procedures
- Be responsible for use and management of the site
- Work with an established budget and keep a cash book
- Participate in meetings with colleagues and other departments within the organization
- Reporting to the manager of walk-in centres & outreach
This job suits you if you
.- Have a completed college-level education, preferably supplemented by management training
- Have experience with the target group (addiction/psychiatry)
- Can work from the principle of "harm reduction"
- Good command of Dutch and English as a second language. Additional language skills are recommended.
- You are resourceful, committed, stress resistant and decisive .
- Able to think for yourself and not depend on beaten tracks .
- Are willing to work outside office hours .

- a gross salary of minimum €2,950 and maximum €4,579 (FWG 50) based on 36 hours and employment conditions according to the GGZ CAO
- In addition to 8.33% vacation pay, a year-end bonus of 8.33% .
