About Work & Activation at De Regenboog Groep
.Team Work & Activation at De Regenboog Groep helps people who would like to work (again) but have difficulty finding a place in the regular labor market. We focus on participation, reintegration, training and developing work skills. People can choose from various workplaces at different social firms such as De Buurtboerderij and work companies like De Boekbinderij, sewing studio ZigZag, sound studio DigiVibes, print shop De Repro, laundromat Colors and handyman the Homeservice.
For the Homeservice, to replace illness, we are seeking a temporary work supervisor for 16-24 hours per week, from May 1, 2026 to July 1, 2026
.What will you do?
With the Homeservice we take care of chores in and around the house of vulnerable Amsterdam residents. The chores are done by people with mental challenges. We offer a safe workplace where they can develop, have day activities and gain work experience. We also offer work experience placements for drivers who provide internal transportation of meals, donations and furniture for other departments of De Regenboog Groep.
The service providers at Homeservice do different types of jobs. Painting, moving, hanging lamps and other cushioning. As a work supervisor, you see to it that the chores are done in a pleasant and attentive way. There are four other work supervisors, some regular volunteers, about 20 service providers and one project leader.
.What will you bring?
You are a positive-minded and motivating work supervisor who has experience with people for whom regular work does not fit (temporarily). You are patient, connect with the participants' experiences and create a pleasant working atmosphere. You enjoy offering "customized" guidance, with an eye for people's strengths, opportunities and skills. You can translate learning goals into practical activities.
In a work environment where everything happens, you keep an overview, you can switch quickly and you bring structure even when chaos tries to take over. At the same time you also like to tackle things yourself.

- A gross salary of minimum €2,804 and maximum €3,803 (FWG40) based on 36 hours per week .
- Salary conditions in accordance with the GGZ collective agreement
- In addition to 8.33% vacation pay, a year-end bonus of 8.33%
- Travel allowance and development opportunities .
- A temporary contract for 2 months. It is possible that this will be some time longer, but there is no prospect of permanent employment.
